Maybe this SCOTUS denial was the final trigger for a military intervention, with Trump having exhausted every last legal remedy and not even getting heard, let alone getting a corrected outcome. Something is up, that's undeniable, and Biden is not in control of it. I'm disappointed at the EOs and other business that Biden has been able to get through so far (Paris, Iran deal, etc.) but there was some discussion on this board about a month ago that the inauguration had to go forward because the military was otherwise engaged with terrorist threats against the US, on our own homeland if the inauguration were disrupted. Wouldn't that make some sense of the inordinate amount of NG and also Marines sent to DC in weeks PRIOR to the inauguration if the threats were made in that timeframe (couple weeks before 20th)? Separately, late January, there was discussion re possible foreign-controlled mobile missile launchers placed in areas east of the Mississippi River (Georgia area suggested), the Chinese shipping crates/freighters based off west coast ports possibly housing missile launchers which have since been turned away, and for the planefags, (I really miss their discussion posts) they had been spotting several 'subhunter' planes, EC planes (flying 'command centers'), and 'sniffer helos' (for air quality abnormalities - read it how you like) on regular patrols off the SE coast (NC down thru central Florida) and westward to the Miss. River. Something's up, perhaps just delayed a bit. There's also speculation of an aircraft carrier off the SE Florida coast. Normally, when there's activity of our carriers, it is posted on the general news. "US has moved the xxx fleet to the S China Sea", and such reporting. Nothing coming out on these unusual movements around the US.
