I canceled my BoA account not too long ago and switched to a credit union for alumni of my school. I would highly recommend credit unions whenever possible - no/very low fees, the service is far superior, and they directly support your local community. If you join one in your area, there will also be brick-and-mortar branches for you to visit if needed.
As far as Christian communities go, I found this credit union serving members of a Protestant Christian ministry/church: https://www.mycccu.com/ It may be worth looking into, as you apparently get $200 for opening a free checking account.
Suggestion: the word "Liberal" may need to be replaced with "Maoist", "Marxist", or "Communist", as Liberal is not what this people/companies are about.
They are about POWER----which is squarely in the Communist box.
I just left BOA after 29 years. They really didn't seem to give a shit but I will not continue to give money to people intent on destroying my way of life.
Dropped Costco membership after 21 years. Cancelled every membership, subscription etc I had with anyone even remotely questionable. Money may be the only thing they notice.
We had been with BoA for 13 years since moving to TX. We dropped them like 3rd period french the weekend after mews broke about them willfully giving the FBI personal info so they track down "terrorists". We already had a second account with a credit union (EECU for those interested), so now we use only that plus I opened my first ever business account there too.
I left BoA 25 years ago, banks 13 years ago after getting hit with $900 in overdraft fees due to the hold and sort scam they use to do. I told them to eat it and opened up an account at a credit union.
Now my small personal account (the one I use to make card swipes) is setup with no over draft fees. Been like that since I set it up, 13 years ago. Used the 'feature' countless time over the year. And I won't allow them to make any changes to it.
I switched years ago, and THAT bank provided shitty services and then became liberal as well. Online banking is not as convenient as you think, especially if you want to buy a boat, or a project car real quick and need lot of cash or a bankers check for example. They all suck. I also have some money in a previous employers credit union and it's the same thing...waiting days for a check to be shipped out. It sucks. someone point me to a bank that can provide access to ATMs and provide other in-person services at the drop of a hat and I'll gladly check them out.
BoA is the preferred bank for Unemployment Insurance in my state. You can sign up for a BoA account and debit card for direct deposit from the state’s UI online platform. So, they must get a fat check from the state for the contract.
BOA has been mine as well. I do all online banking. Wonder if there’s a Christian based bank with the same conveniences
Anyone aware ???
Following for response ?

Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with
