LOL, watch the source video. I think you'll concur from many more signs that this is not the case. The actor in it is even trying to carefully adjust the eye. Notice all of the blinking on top of this around that time. And notice the guy in the back is going out of his mind with worry. Then... a LOT of other things going on.
