If this is true I think we all have to admit that "The Plan" has failed. Elections aren't going to magically become legit by 2024 and if they were there will be nothing left to resurrect by then. I wouldn't bother going if I was Trump. At this stage of the game he'd just be lending some legitimacy to treacherous snake oil salesmen. Let the GOP get a good whiff of their future without Trump.
