For anyone who has the Telegram desktop app, open up a text editor and tile that side by side with the Telegram app. Then scroll through each comment, right click and click Copy Text; and then Paste into your editor.

If you are minded, you could insert a page break after it.

Doesn't take that long to do.

The graphics are PAINFUL. Won't be doing those.
