I'm inclined to agree with you. Living in the area I have seen interesting things happening... one of which the Culver Hotel being closed. It is the famous Hotel within spitting distance of the Culver / Amazon Studios. There is a history of underground tunnels from the prohibition era that may link the studio and hotel together. Whether there is a legit connection or not, it makes you wonder.
