I just skimmed this booklet. I feel dumber now. Silly me, I need to have an uncomfortable conversation with my students to advance their learning. Precise answers are not the goal. Somehow our discussion is going to elevate our classroom to better answers, and if it doesn’t... I need more training in multicultural issues (I’m racist, and that hurts my students).
