I doubt this one.

Channel 4 news UK is the first and ONLY place to suggest this, everyone else cites them as the origin. The article refers to receiving a "user statement" but doesn't stipulate who the user actually is and then talks about Facebook's policy regarding appeals having to come from one of the Trump page administrators.

The article no way definitively states that's whom the request came from. It states both to suggest the idea.

Plus, seems unlikely Trump would ever appeal to Facebook. He'd never put himself in a "hat in hand" situation with Zuck.
