While I am vehemently in favor of this bill....... where the hell was it back in 2017 when we had the House, the Senate, and the Presidency? This means nothing.

The establishment Republicans are just trying to get their base back. But we are becoming wise to their games. They are just pandering to us with useless bills that they know won't get passed. Ridiculous.
