Yup! The only thing I heard trying to discredit this video is the military doesn't wear rankings on their coats.

The rank, on the Winter Dress Coat, would be on the shoulder boards.
Would you know where it explains the overcoat and rankings or does it cover all of that as in the section about overcoats it doesn't state much. I'm going to read through it. as someone ask me to point out where proves overcoats need ranks.
