I would not be surprised if that were the case. The connection to David Spade is weird merely for Woods hanging out with Spade, not the coincidence of the SUV joke on twatter. But what is the motive for removing Woods? Is he a good guy mixed up with baddies or is he one of them?

It is entirely possible that it was a plain and simple accident. Those happen too.
