If explosives brought down the towers and 7, why go to the trouble of fabricating a massive red herring cover-up involving thousands of people, from eyewitnesses, passengers, airline workers, ATC personnel, etc when it would be much simpler and neater to say terrorists planted bombs? Controlled demolitions are loud as fuck. They involve dozens upon dozens of explosives planted all throughout the structure of the building. They sound similar to the finale of a good fireworks show. I and many thousands of people certainly didn't hear any explosions, sans the jets hitting the towers.

None of this precludes the theory of an inside job, by the way. I tend to think black hats knew about it and let it happen.
