Thats because the average person is dumb, and 50% of population are even dumber than the average person.

What I've meant is the studies showing people with higher IQ occupying higher positions of power. Such as CEOs CFOs and such. What you are referring to is EQ.

IQ tests measure peoples ability to learn and solve problems and complex ideas using logic.

EQ tests measure peoples ability to learn and apply emotional knowledge.
