That ain’t quite what the judge said....

He just pointed out that in law if a person claims he or she was told to carry out an illegal act by someone else, that person cannot use being told to do something illegal as a mitigation or defense to any criminal proceedings.....

The judge did not say Trump was not responsible, he stated that in those circumstances no one would be responsible....
