Everything I've seen from the Arizona Senate has been for the most part positive so far. They have tried to get the votes audited. And when the election board tried to push through a fake audit, they called them out when they could have just quietly said it's legit and moved on (which I would expect controlled opposition to do, they had an out but didn't take it). They even tried to get a contempt resolution passed but got stabbed in the back by one of their own. We know who that guy is, he is certainly deep state. However, as far as we know so far, they rest of them probably are not, until new evidence comes out.

Also, from what I've seen, at the state level, there is a lot less deep state operatives than at the federal level. For example, at the federal level, especially in the senate, it's the majority, even among the republicans. However, at the state level, they seem like a small minority. The governors on the other hand, even many of the republican ones are almost certainly deep state (the Georgia and Arizona governors have shown themselves to be pure deep state).
