Don't forget no legitimate 21 gun salute, but instead a salute used only for foreign dignitaries and funerals.

No, he didnt even get that. Foreign digs get a gun every 5 seconds. Biden only got a gun every NINE seconds. The military purposely gave him something no one has gotten, a bizarre 2 guns firing every 9 seconds... not sure what it means aside from they do not respect him as president or a foreign dignitary
