I would say they are mentally ill as the DSM5 states and need help and guidance. They are not deserving of death because they have something wrong in their brain which scientists still have little understanding about. They are still human and you should treat them as such. What they do in their lives is their business and doesn’t have any repercussions on you. Just live and let live. Killing them would be no better than being the thing we hate and fight against... a fascist
