It's this document that concerns me....if Congress wrestles control of the nuclear launch codes away from the President (I understand it's not a unilateral decision, but still an Executive power) and and gives it to the Legislative branch for their oversight, that's a problem that could be difficult to undo. I have every hope that the military has considered this move and has a countermove in place.
