Same person...what is the controversy? Different lighting, different shadowing, different makeup. Eye-spacing the same, scalp, part in the hair the same. Ears the same....

The nose is entirely different. Not even remotely close to the same. The one on the bottom has rounder more pronounced cheeks as well.

Did she have a nose job and a bad face lift?

I just am not sure because makeup and lighting can make huge differences in the appearance of the nose thickness.

Meh, the top has a thin, straight, flat nose. The bottom has a large round old man nose.
