When did he get a 'facelift' - Where did the V go in his bottom lip? (Look at some oh his older pictures, he's got a unique bottom lip thing). Why are his earlobes attached to his head now? Did you see how the mask strap was digging into his head and was pulling his forehead taught while talking with those "doctors" in that lab? How do you explain the nose squishing and going crooked? Also, why would a facelift make his signature change?
