religious exemption - most if not all states allow this, even my hard core leftist commonwealth. this combined with the fact that the vaccines I believe contain fetal tissue (there are some downplaying this claiming that they actually use "fetal cell lines" meaning the cells have been multiplied using original fetal cells) can be added to religious/moral claim.

allergies to POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL - which as I understand is present in the vaccines and is also present in things like Miralax and antifreeze. say you realized your severe allergic reaction to it when you used Miralax and look up the symptoms it causes so you are educated if asked.

Nuremberg Code - this should be an absolute lock. there are many reasons the Nuremberg Code is applicable but one of the most glaring is #3 which requires the vaccines have been properly tested on animals, which the vaccines have not. if your employer or others still demand you get the jab you should have a strong lawsuit and you should pursue it.

- EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) vaccines can't be mandated - as with anything you can probably find an alternative opinion, but this linked story and the logic leads me to believe that it can't be mandated. you may need to do more homework on this claim.

You mandate I must take a CBT annually on Bloodborne Pathogens including Hepatitis yet you do not mandate the Hepatitis Vaccines! Therefore you have no standing to dictate I wear a mask or recieve a Covid-19 Vaccine.
I am more likely to drop a heavy object on my floor or have an ergonomic lift injury yet you do not mandate or subsidize safety toe footwear or ergonomic awareness CBTs. These were mandatory when I was in the US Air Force!

Show me the note from my Primary Care Physician urging me to wear a mask and the accompanying data sheet with the risks and side effects from use as is common with all medical devices.
Show me 7 peer-reviewed scientific studies with clinical trials published prior to 2019 that show a surgical mask is effective at stopping any virus.
Show me peer-reviewed scientific studies with clinical trials showing that the risk of lung cancer from long-term mask wearing is the same or lower than not wearing a mask.
Show me peer-reviewed scientific studies with clinical trials showing that wearing a mask will not cause in increase in gingivitis and associated heart disease.
Show me peer-reviewed scientific studies from every mask manufacturer with clinical trials showing that the materials in the mask do not off-gas Volatile Organic Compounds, toxic substances, or carcinogens. Show me the long term studies of these masks detailing health issues attributed to long term mask wear. The chemicals and respirators we use at work have Safety Data Sheets on file. Where are the ones for the Covid masks? I don't smoke and have been seen wearing a respirator everytime I've sprayed toxic molycote on Engine Fan Blades so you have no argument that I do not take these risks of inhalation of toxic substances seriously.
Please provide me with the company policy mandating I receive Hepatitis and Tetanus vaccination and annual HIV and Tuberculosis testing at the company's expense due to the near certainty of being exposed to these Bloodborne Pathogens since it is inevitable that every Aircraft Mechanic will injure themselves with a open wound as is the nature of working on large complex machines with sharp objects everywhere. The risk of exposure to these is far more likely than catching Covid-19.
While we are on safety at the companies expense since a respiratory illness that doesn't effect everyone is so high of a concern, perhaps the company would like to take the opportunity to provide every Airline worker on the ramp and in Stores up to $250 annual reimbursement for the purchase of 2 pairs of safety toed shoes. 2 pair seems reasonable to allow alternate days wear to minimize foot fungus and allow proper drying following long wear. Seeing as dropped objects onto a worker's toes are a far more likely scenario and safety concern, I'd think the company would welcome the opportunity to show their support for their employees.

Provide me with a binding legal document signed by the company President, Board of Directors, and Union Leadership with a $1B healthcare fund in escrow stating that the company will be held liable for any medical issues that can be marginally attributed to wearing a mask while at work. This shouldn't be a problem for the company if they are so secure in their effectiveness and the "science" such that they feel the need to violate my Inalienable Human Rights and Constitutional rights to enforce it.

Explain to me how withdrawal of my consent harms you or anyone else in any way? If masks work (and the Covid-19 "vaccine") and you have yours, then what's the problem with me not wearing one? Oh, you want 2 masks, one for me and one for you? Well then problem solved, just follow Dr Fauci's unsolicited advice and wear 2 masks yourself!
Personally, Fauci isn't my physician and I don't take advice from someone that hangs out with associates of child trafficking and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein (didn't hang himself) as Fauci does with Bill Gates, a man whose own vaccine intervention is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths in India and Africa!
Please provide me with the medical data and scientific papers referencing actual laboratory samples documenting that Covid-19 even exists. (The Covid-19 "vaccines" were developed without laboratory samples because China refused to provide them and instead gave the digital file with the genomic code and it was even incomplete!) Considering that 7 major Universities are now suing the CDC for medical fraud as they haven't provided a single sample of Covid-19 for study after examination of 1500 "Covid-19" patients lab work and only finding Influenza types A & B, I'll take my 99.967% survival rate chances especially after already having been exposed allegedly. The PCR tests have been shown to be ineffective due to the high cylce rates producing up to 95% false positives and many were tainted to begin with.
I'd say that the medical necessity to wear a mask isn't any greater than it was in the years prior to 2020 when seasonal influenza hit and the company didn't mandate masks. That makes the company position weak should lawsuits occur if you wish to further pursue this Quixotic battle. It also constitutes withdrawal of my consent without prejudice as is my Human Right per Article 6, section 1 of the Nuremberg Code.
Please provide the companies legal argument that they feel justifies their unlawful discrimination of me under Federal Law including the Americans with Disabilities Act for having a medical condition known as "healthy" and refusing to wear a mask.
Please provide the manner and method the company used to obtain their evidence that I was not healthy and had a respiratory illness requiring a surgical mask. I'm sure that method should it exist violates my rights and privacy and I'd like to start exploring my legal options.
I have been a member of the American Humanist Association since 2007 and Humanism is about minimizing the suffering and harm to others. Humanism is also considered a religious practice. Please explain to me how my refusal to partake in Human Rights violations by refusing to give informed consent to wear a mask and the company's and US Government's unlawful mask mandates are not religious discrimination according to US Federal Law.
As you can see, I have done more due diligence and research into Covid-19 and the hysteria and medical necessity of masks than anyone in the mainstream media, government, or the company appearently as it relates to my own health and the risks I wish to partake in. That risk is my liberty and right under the US Constitution!
The company should welcome this diverse viewpoint and factual opinion as it is all about my journey!

Final note, I have been self-identifying as a woman as my Gender Identity since 2017 as current and former co-workers can confirm. Thus, I am an out and proud Masculine Presenting Transgendered Lesbian since current politics and liberal psychological science considers Gender Identity separate from my biological sex at birth, which is male. I choose to continue Presenting myself using Masculine features, dress and appearance, and pronouns. Since I choose to Identify as a woman, I am now considered both a Lesbian and Transgendered both of which afford me rights and legal protections. The most notable legal protection is that as of June 15th, 2020 the US Supreme Court has ruled 6-3 under Title VII that Gender Identity is covered under the term SEX when it comes to discrimination in the workplace from the employer. Now that I am afforded this protection I feel much safer revealing it officialy as prior to June 2020, I felt putting this information out there including on documentation could harm my career.
I bring this all up because if the company wishes to continue pushing mask mandates upon my person with no scientific support or substantial evidence to back their decision and failing to get my informed consent, I feel it only necessary to meet their demand with an equally outrageous demand rooted in just as much science and now declare I will be using the bathroom facilities that conform to my Gender Identity and not my biological sex. I understand that the females I work with may have issue with this but that's just their Workplace Bias (we have a CBT on this) against Masculine Presenting Transgendered Lesbians and reeks of Transphobia. I do not seek separate bathroom accommodation (as nice as it would be to have a toilet all to myself) because that just seems like discrimination and harkens back to Jim Crow "Seperate but Equal" enforcement which I think would be a terrible thing to bring back and probably wouldn't look good from a public relations standpoint.
I am willing to continue using the bathroom facilities that align with my biological sex provided the company cease and desist with their illegal mask mandate and harassment. I feel this is a more than adequate compromise seeing as I literally have to do nothing differently than I have since being hired.
