Not saying he’s a master, but Mitt Romney sets up a trust with all his assets.

Then he withdraws from the trust for a one-time fee. And since all his money goes to a trust, he has technically zero income. That’s why his tax rate is so low.

And I’m sure some other fuckery, but that’s the basic gist.
