Figuring out the descendants of other slaves would be an Augean Task. Consider then, The possibility of simply paying anyone in the USA who has evidence of their ancestors being enslaved -- another tangled web. Or, how about paying reparations to any person with "Black Blood"; or anyone who simply self-identifies as " African-American"? The mind boggles.
