ok, just trying to understand, at the 2:19 spot or so, showing Trump 21 gun salute, those soldiers did not have ranks on their coats. I thought the lack of ranks and awards was debunked?

It was very different. I can only say I have only watched the youtube clips. I did not want to waste my time watching an illegitimate swearing in.
