But why would they go through the trouble of faking it and then make it so easy to recognize that it's fake?

I think you're right. I'm convinced that the main thing that's been causing this wait, is an ongoing struggle over control over the financial grid.

I think the Federal Reserves ability to send and receive money went down yesterday as a result of the battle coming to a climax of sorts.
