I have been thinking that the plan to save American might just involve those NG troops in DC and the troops just aren't being told that as to keep the enemy from knowing. What are your thoughts on this?

Majority of them don’t even have a security clearance outside the NCOs and COs. They won’t let them until it’s game time.
