IIRC the AZ GOP hand counted another two thousand something ballots and only sixteen of them were switched. Can’t find a source rn though!

16 out of 1000 equates to a possible 3.2% swing in votes, if all of them are switched from Biden to Trump (Biden loses 1.6, Trump gains 1.6). It may not seem like a lot, but it far exceeds the margin of error for Biden in AZ, which per the official numbers stands at only 0.2%.
