If you do research, he apparently was involved in the investigation of the cia tapes that west virginia senator jay rockefeller (yes that rockefeller) requested the CIA demand release of.. He investigated it for 5 years, and closed it in 2010 without filing charges on anyone. there is a picture that dates back to 2008 according to tineye.. So I think hes real, but he could also be planted by bush possibly, idk.
