Honestly, if he did not have the constitutional authority to allow states with two sets of electors and constitutional objections to be heard, he could have let us know this prior to (during) Trump's 1/6 speech. He was so coy, leading us on, alluding that justice could be delivered. Then he sided with the dems. Why wouldn't he have let us know about about his 'constitutional limitation' prior to 1/6? Was he trying to provoke the crowd? Did he want to to spark a riot? It's been reported that he conspired with Rosenstein on impeachment, and teamed with Paul Ryan the elite sellout prior to running with Trump, and there's also a whistleblower video accusing Pence of a history of sodomizing/choking boys. After McConnell, McCarthy, Romney, Cheney, Paul Ryan... I don't think anyone actually thinks establishment R's, Pence included, are anything but slithering snakes.
