Agree. As a parent, I couldn't fathom thinking about filing a lawsuit so damn close to the death of my child. How does a person grieve a loss so great all the while filing a law suit. It would take months if not years to think about anything else. I'm just saying...

If my kid was killed by negligence I would be on a fucking warpath.

My wife can grieve, I am loading my guns and calling two different kinds of lawyers. ERCOT Board would pray that my lawyers were faster than me.
