Because President Trump is in the background still governing. The Military is in control. And Trump still retains possession of the Nuclear Football. Regardless of the MSM pushing the opposite with more lies and altered photos trying to make the world think Biden is in control. Trump must stay in the background and remain quiet for awhile longer.

I saw some video from early February and they did a close of behind trump and it was the briefcase that the football is in.

I recall that picture causing quite the stir. However I think it is dangerous to assume that just because someone is walking behind Trump with a briefcase (dressed in civilian clothing) that it automatically means that the Nuclear Football was inside the briefcase.
