I am going to fly my rainbow flag to show my solidaridy with NOAH and GOD for the rainbow prommiss that God will never flood the earth again to wipe out the bad genetics and evil doers. Do you think any one will understand me?

That is being disingenuous, and not at all the same thing. No one has ever flown a rainbow flag because of Noah and God. They have painted a rainbow above the ark which is a clear sign of the meaning of it. Also God didn't flood the earth to "wipe out the bad genetics" but He did pour out His wrath on those who did not repent. Noah preached and warned them, they were free to join him on the ark but they chose not to.
