That he’s going to spend the next four years focusing on his next presidential run in 2024.....would that be a clear signal that nothings going to happen? And we are stuck with Biden/Harris for four years?

Remember that when it happens, it will be the military, not Trump's doing. He has to remain as far from this as possible to avoid looking like a dictator.

How does Trump regain power, then? Wouldn't the military handing power back to Trump be a bit like a dictator?

My theory is Trumps part is over. If the military steps in they choose a president from its military ranks. Look at Myanmar. Imo Trump is just here to get the focus of dems and media.
