Doesn't biden have lifetime SS protection because of his VP stint anyway? Not taking away from the SUV condition - And SS are supposed to dress in a manner that blends with the area - wasn't he going to Camp David for the long weekend? There have been so many other areas during biden's tenure that the SS and military etc have kept up the appearances (the saluting on boarding planes, etc) that why would they throw this poor performance in the mix to jeopardize the illusion?
