My theory right now is that Biden has zero control of the military, but he can still make EO's etc. So shutting down the pipeline and all of his other asinine crap is going through, but I believe the military is loyal to Trump. There is a prophecy by Kim Clement about a time of two presidents. I honestly believe that may be what's happening right now.
