Can't even talk about it here, on a board all about saving children. There always has to be some asshole making sure a survivor is sorry she didn't keep her secret. Oh, the irony. I think even you guys might not be fully ready to deal.
Y'all ever wonder what's going to be done to support all those kids who've been rescued? Are there enough personnel and services set up for them? Seems to me there's a good chance they won't get what they need. How many helpers are there out there who are willing to deal with the reality of the situation? Are the anti-trafficking organizations set up for the next steps?
Guess it depends on what they've been used for. Ritual vs prostitution or labor. And at what age they were taken.
I've always heard most of the kids used for prostitution come from the streets and have no family to go back to. I wonder what the statistics really are.
