Probably a change of heart since that stunt with Nick Sandmann.
The background is all blue and he's wearing red shoes in the scene, but it is odd how they're all over his body in this picture.
It looks like it's a 3D image, if you had those glasses with one blue and one red lense it would "pop" out. If you noticed one shoe is blue one is red. It also could be their attempt to make some sort of pop culture art with the shading style.
