It appears to be the laying of the wreath ceremony, however it is raining in these photos so it doesn't match up with trumps 2017 ceremony. Unless this is some kind of different ceremony that looks like a laying of the wreath ceremony, this may have been the real thing. George News unequivocally has had the most access to president trump throughout his tenure, sharing many photos of their behind the scenes with POTUS. Also, if this is the laying of the wreath, it would mean he is still president. Space force flag also in these photos, so it would have to be well after trump took office.
This is new then. The old one was sunny and couldnt see people in the background. Have former presidents done this ceremony after leaving office at all?
I respect a man that doesn't need Petty umbrellas held by military to keep you from getting wet. Is it disrespect to use military to keep you from getting wet?
I viewed it and couldn't upvote or comment. So I see what you are saying...

I don't see anything unusual about this. What is it?

I have no clue.
Just saw one has a red /white/blue wreath. Video one is all white.
Ok... More simpler... Trump should of only attended 1 laying of the wreath ceremony if he was only sworn in as president once.
President Trump paid his respects on Veterans Day at Arlington National Cemetery.
Ok... With a wreath ceremony?

Investigate a possibility before you reply.

Compare to what ? Last time I'm asking.
The photo which appears to be a laying of the wreath ceremony taken in the rain, versus trumps 2017 ceremony which there was no rain.
