I read s rumor either here, on conspiracy.win or on 4chan, which said something about Cuomo wore these nipple rings to a nude body paint satanic party, and now the white hars are forcing him to wear those same nipple rings in public wth a very tight white shirt, to show the world... he imo wore those rings when possibly murdering and probably eaping a child, so good guys are making him wear them in public, and hopefully soon the world will know...

Anyone seen where this rumor came from? I can't remember the exact details.
