Reality inversion has been programmed in media for a while, heh.. Just look at Stranger things' «upside down» parallel reality, as if it wasn't clear enough. In the show, scientists tried to open up doorways to the evil inside of it, to infiltrate the youth or devour it (and use its energy)...............................
