Yeah, of course, but the statement "According to the U.S. Constitution, the president MUST address the nation during the months of January or February per invitation from the Speaker of the House" is blatantly false from what I can see.

Just because it's tradition for politicians to sell out your country, does not mean you have to. Traditions can be broken ;)
