He also mentioned the SCOTUS a couple of times about failing to do their jobs. What if they weren't SUPPOSED to? If they have to exhaust every avenue first, do everything by the laws, wouldnt the SCOTUS need to have failed us too in order for the military to be the only option? Foreign interference and treason should go to tribunals.

I've had suspicions about the Trump judges being in on this since only since of the supposed conservatives, only they rejected the TX case, while Alito & Thomas didn't. It seems unlikely to me that they'd split so cleanly just by conviction.
