Ok thank you. Do you know why they had a problem with paper ballots I thought that is the best way to do elections
You can still cheat no matter what kind of election is done. They felt cheating occurred and the government wasn't willing to try and fix it. They had a commission over there say there was no fraud and the military disagreed and took over.
