I'm sure that would be highly illegal. People need to have full knowledge of what they're putting in their bodies. You can't just tell them it's one thing and then inject them with something different. Sounds like something a leftist would do.

Or they could just be saline solution. Some have complained of stinging at the injection site. Salt would sting.
