However, he also said in 4 years.... Not at THAT exact time, but he DID unfortunately reference 4 years. Idk what to think of it. Optics?

Maybe he means both, i.e. 2021 (military election) and that he'll run again in 2024. Anyway, I'd rather think that at this point than that he actually means 2024 only because that will be too late.
