BUT, has his utility come and gone?

I think so. This is why Trump is keeping a much lower profile these days. The military is probably going to finish the job. The earliest Q posts said POTUS must be neutral for optical reasons. Q also said Trump will be 100% insulated, which I take to mean he won't be assassinated or arrested.
