Personally, I would break things off. You do not want to be having children with someone you don't see eye to eye with on these kinds of things. You will compromise on principals that are important to you or it will drive a wedge between you both that destroys the lives of the children. Plus she thinks you're crazy for NOT wanting the vaccine? How much more do you need? She showed you her true colors. When people show you who they are, BELIEVE THEM!

Also having unfruitful sex outside of the sacrament of marriage is literally what the NWO wants. So please consider that.
