Could President Trump be advocating the vaccine because it will protect us against something the DS wants to release upon us? I don't really believe this, but I can't think of another reason Trump would push the vaccine so hard.

Well to play devil's advocate, 100 million people being vaccinated would be a good way to explain the strange reactions, because let's say you've seen 20 vids online of people having reactions after a vaccine, it's such a small number that it could be caused by placebo. Likewise, if the vaccine actually did produce strange reactions, you'd see people exhibiting these reactions in the real world due to the large volume of vaccine administration.
I'm not saying placebo produced the Palsy but I'm saying with such a large amount of people being vaccinated, there are going to be cases of people developing conditions who have had the vaccine. If you gave 100 million people a drop of water, in the next week some of those 100 million people are going to die, some are going to get cancer, etc., just because it's such an large number of people... you get what I'm saying? With so many millions taking the jab, unless a number of conditions proportional to the number of jabs being administered is seen, then it's not really compelling evidence of anything
