That's trie. The brainwashing is horrible. I am a HUGE advocate for homeschooling because of it. It's insane to send your kids off to be indoctrinated and dumbed down. Common Core curriculum is the worst thing I've ever seen.
But surprisingly, even with all of that, I have heard that Gen Z is more conservative than other generations were at their age. Most generations are more liberal and grow more conservative over time. We all have seen this and know this. However, Gen Z is starting off more conservative. So hopefully, they will continue to trend even more conservative over time. I know a lot of great Gen Zers that have their heads on straight and already know not to believe everything they hear on MSM or the internet.
I just feel like overall a Gen Zer is more likely to listen and discuss an issue vs a Millennial.
My kids attend Catholic school in Cincinnati and I couldn’t be happier. No, tuition is not cheap, but it’s well worth it. Never would I send my kids to public schools and have them indoctrinated into the leftist cult.
Retired teacher here (42 yrs) at a small Catholic School in mid west. I taught every grade 1-6 so I've experienced lots of different kids at various age levels. I agree that parochial schools are expensive, but the education is far better. It's more demanding and expectations are higher than in public schools. The one thing that helps is that I KNOW they aren't teaching the "LGBTQ" crap or the "trans" stuff to our students. Yes, I've had some kids throughout the years that were "different", and I found at times I had to "defend/deflect" some verbal abuse from nasty kids towards them. Kids are kids and can be mean, regardless. We have the "Voucher" system in our state so we are getting more and more non catholic students trying to escape the public schools. Mostly their parents are great and willing to help their children achieve. Some however want the schools to be "mom, dad, nurse, counselor, referee, cop, friend, etc." instead of a partner in education of their child.

Conflating all Catholics with certain priests is like conflating all Democrat voters with the Clintons.
