The Dem " leadership" are letting Joe's gaffs and screw ups stay in the public eye to use it against him, and the reason why he "has to be removed" via 25th Amendment. Harris will go along with anything because she is power hungry. I don't think she will be calling the shots even if she manages to get into power. She will be "acting" and doing as she's told.
